Overview
Are you someone who is passionate about working in HR and supporting employees with day-to-day transactional HR queries across the full employee life cycle including managing recruitment? Nurture Group are looking for someone to join our growing team. This is an office-based role, working from our office in Windlesham, Surrey.
Responsibilities
* Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including writing and posting jobs adverts on recruitment sites
* Create and manage employees in the HRIS, making sure the information and organisational structure are accurate at all times
* Provide and update HR reports and analysis, using the HRIS, Excel, Share Point and PowerPoint
* Update and maintain company policies in line with current legislation
* Maintain company compliance with the right to work in the UK and support 1st day induction process
* Provide accurate information to the Payroll team regarding new starters, leavers, salary and benefits etc
* Provide accurate data from the HRIS and employee files for auditing purposes when required
* Produce and update employment contracts and variation letters
* Prepare / produce pay increase letters
* Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
* Administer/recording and monitoring of absence, assisting with welfare meetings
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience working in a HR role (two years preferred)
* Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
* Basic knowledge of human resources principles and practices
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines
* Desire to grow and develop as the business grows
* Transport to the Head Office is required, and there will be occasional travel to other sites; a full driving license is required
