Pay Rate: £17ph Location: Slough Job Purpose: SRG are seeking a Facilities Supervisor/Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the facilities operative and cleaning teams. This role involves managing two teams of facilities and cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Job Accountabilities: Supervise and provide guidance to a team of facilities and cleaning staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and development opportunities Manage the day to day rotas and ensure there is adequate resource on at all times, as contractually required Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among team members Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, priorities, and address any issues or concern Collect waste from various areas of the site and process the waste arisings according to type. This involves both the collection of waste in wheelie bins, on trollies and in drums from around the site.
