Salary
£28,000 base, with £30,000 guaranteed in the first 12 months. £35,000 OTE.

Responsibilities
* Build long‑term relationships with customers, managing the service journey end‑to‑end.
* Represent the Toyota brand while resolving customer needs and delivering exceptional after‑sales customer care.
* Provide accurate estimates, manage scheduling and workshop coordination to ensure a seamless service experience.
* Identify sales opportunities, promote genuine parts and services, collaborate with colleagues and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* A proven high level of customer service skills and enjoyment in working with people.
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably within an automotive setting, but not essential.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters in understandable terms.
* Ability to take initiative, own issues and maintain a proactive can‑do attitude.
* Ability to multi‑task, switch between tasks whilst remaining organised.
* A team player who offers help and support to others.
* Willingness to learn and keep up to date with product and technical information.
* Thrives in a high‑pressured environment.
* A full UK driving licence.
