About the company
Our client is a fast-growing and innovative white-label platform supporting the launch and management of UCITS ETFs and exchange-traded products across Europe. With a strong presence in Ireland and over €1.7 billion in AUM across multiple ICAVs, they offer a full-service platform for global asset managers entering the European market.
About the role
This is a broad legal and compliance role supporting the group’s Irish-based MiFID and fund management companies. You’ll work on commercial and regulatory matters, support fund launches, maintain compliance frameworks, review marketing and service agreements, and collaborate with key stakeholders across legal, compliance, and front-office teams.
Candidate requirements
* Junior lawyer or experienced paralegal with extensive experience
* Background in asset or fund management (legal, compliance, or capital markets focus)
* Experience with Irish UCITS/ETFs or keen to develop expertise in this space
* Strong attention to detail, excellent drafting skills, and commercial mindset
* Able to take ownership of projects and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
