We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Support Worker to join our team.
This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, while also requiring you to drive people we support as part of their care and routine.
Shift Pattern:
* 12-hour day shifts- 8am – 8pm
* 42 hours weekly
* Every other weekend included
Responsibilities:
* Supporting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and day-to-day activities
* Safely transporting service users to appointments, social activities, and outings
* Building positive relationships with those you support
* Maintaining accurate care records
