YOUR ROLE:
As a Credit Controller / Finance Assistant, you ll be a key part of both the finance and admin functions. From credit control and bank reconciliations to supporting the sales team with customer orders, you'll enjoy a well-rounded role with daily variety.
* Running daily bank statements and allocating receipts/payments
* Weekly bank reconciliations and chasing overdue accounts
* Managing remittance advice and account queries
* Processing purchase invoices and payment runs
* Assisting with sales admin: order processing, delivery bookings, export documents
* Handling invoice/credit queries, returns, and reporting
