About The Client
Our Client are a new and ambitious children's care provider looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a solo provision children's home in Wisbech. This is a unique opportunity to shape and develop a new service while working alongside a supportive and hands-on Responsible Individual.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and manage the operational activities of the home in line with Ofsted regulations.
* Lead and inspire a dedicated staff team to deliver high-quality, therapeutic care.
* Maintain safeguarding and health and safety standards.
* Achieve and maintain "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted inspection outcomes.
* Implement the Statement of Purpose, ensuring the home's objectives are met.

Essential Requirements
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care.
* A track record of achieving strong Ofsted inspection outcomes.
* In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and therapeutic care practices.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (or equivalent).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
