A vacancy has arisen for a Performance & Data Quality Analyst in the Finance and Performance team for High Secure Services at Broadmoor Hospital in Crowthorne. This is a permanent full-time role based on site at the hospital in Crowthorne.
Applicants must have proven experience in informatics and information management within the NHS or a similar complex organization and be able to demonstrate their ability to provide complex information reports and data analysis.
Successful applicants will be well-organized, flexible, quick learners, and able to communicate complex information effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
Main duties of the job
The role provides analytical analysis and administrative support to the High Secure Services Performance Team. This includes providing activity and performance information for operational management, working as an effective part of the Performance Team to ensure information meets service and commissioning needs. The post holder will support the Performance Manager by engaging in data quality improvement initiatives and collaborating with managers to resolve reporting issues.
