Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing tailored support to pupils with SEND, both one-to-one and in small groups
2. Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and accessible learning activities
3. Implementing strategies to support learning, communication, and emotional regulation
4. Promoting positive behaviour and helping to maintain a calm, supportive learning environment
