Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online sales channels and digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our online presence, optimise digital campaigns, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a combination of management expertise, technical proficiency, and creative flair to effectively manage multiple projects across various platforms. The ideal applicant will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies to optimise online sales performance across multiple platforms.
* Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
* Analyse website traffic and campaign data using Google Analytics and other analysis tools to inform strategic decisions.
* Create engaging content through copywriting and utilise Adobe Photoshop for visual content creation.
* Maintain and update website content using Shopify, ensuring all information is current and optimised for search engines.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project management and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
* Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Lead B2B marketing efforts, fostering relationships with partners and clients through targeted campaigns.
* Prepare reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Manage budgets effectively while ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing outputs.
Experience
* Proven experience in ecommerce management or digital marketing roles with a strong emphasis on SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management.
* Demonstrable expertise in project management, leadership, and organisational skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Shopify platform management.
* Strong communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy for various channels.
* Experience in B2B marketing strategies with a focus on relationship building and client engagement.
* Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing operations along with excellent time management skills.
