As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with learning activities under the direction of the class teacher. Provide 1:1 and small-group support where required. Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Support pupils with academic, social, and emotional development. Assist with classroom behaviour management and organisation. Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times. Requirements for the role: Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable. A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
