Our real estate team handles a wide range of property work for notable clients, including development projects, acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant issues, and estate management for public sector entities, investors, and retailers. The work is varied and challenging.
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced solicitors to join our team to enhance our national offering. This role can be based in Bristol or Southampton.
What will you be doing?
You will contribute to the firm's growth by building our reputation and client relationships, managing transactions from start to finish, supervising team members, and participating in business development activities.
What does the ideal candidate look like?
You should be an experienced, technically proficient real estate lawyer with at least one year's post-qualification experience, with extensive exposure to quality real estate work from a large regional or city firm. Experience advising landlords and/or tenants on large portfolios is essential. Strong networking skills and experience supervising others are preferred.
Minimum requirements include:
* At least one year of post-qualified experience as an England & Wales Solicitor.
* Extensive real estate experience in a large firm.
* Experience advising on large property portfolios.
