About the role
We seek a values-driven and proactive Contract Services Coordinator! You will coordinate contract processes and funding applications to support tender endorsements.
Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, this is a permanent full-time position based in Blackburn, VIC.
You will successfully
* Prepare and review documents, advising on terms, conditions, KPIs, compliance, and outcomes related to funded services.
* Advise Heads of Department, General State Managers, and Service Managers on compliance requirements within agreements, ensuring documentation in the contract management system.
* Collaborate with PRSJ Contract Services team members to develop processes and procedures.
* Manage specific contract areas and processes as required.
* Support the development and submission of tenders and grants.
* Manage documentation via the ZenDesk system, following agreed processes and timeframes.
You will have
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or proven related experience.
* Over 2 years of experience in the community services sector.
* Knowledge of contract management practices and protocols.
* Experience in compliance management and legislative changes.
* A current VIC Working with Children Check.
