Financial Accountant
Contract until 31st of May 2026
Location: London, UK (hybrid)
We are looking for an Interim Group Financial Accountant to support business-as-usual group accounting while also contributing to transaction, integration and restructuring projects as the business continues to evolve.
As Interim Group Financial Accountant, you will support the monthly close, consolidation, and statutory reporting processes for the Group, while also playing a key role in technical accounting, M&A activity, integration projects, and control environment enhancements.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role suited to someone comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving processes and project demands.

About You
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified; practice-trained or with strong group reporting/technical background.
• Experience in group consolidation, IFRS, and multi-entity structures.
• Exposure to M&A transaction accounting (IFRS 3) is strongly preferred.
• Able to operate with minimal supervision and manage competing demands.
• High attention to detail, excellent technical accounting ability, and strong analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving structures.
• Strong systems experience (Oracle / Business Central / consolidation tools) is a plus.
