Project Manager – Internal Projects

Edenred PayTech is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Internal Projects team — a central function responsible for delivering key initiatives across Finance, Compliance, Legal and Product.
This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing our strategic roadmap, partnering with diverse stakeholders to deliver complex, high‑value projects that drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end‑to‑end delivery of new requirements through acceptance, rollout and support, spanning technical, legal, compliance/risk and financial workstreams.
2. Plan and track project activities, including resource allocation and budget estimation.
3. Establish and maintain strong governance, ensuring appropriate controls, documentation and reporting are in place.
4. Identify, escalate and manage risks, issues and obstacles to keep delivery on track.
5. Lead cross‑functional project teams, collaborating with internal and external partners to drive successful outcomes.
6. Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders, managing expectations, alignment and conflict where needed.
7. Produce regular project status reports and governance artefacts.
8. Manage change requests and scope creep effectively.
9. Champion continuous improvement, working with PM peers to refine practices and ways of working.
10. Influence project standards, templates and tools, acting as a mentor to peers and junior PMs.
11. Support the evolution of PM methodologies, embedding best practice across the organisation.
Essential Criteria
12. Strong Project Management experience, delivering full‑lifecycle projects.
13. Strong experience with Agile and hybrid/blended methodologies.
14. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
15. Ability to simplify complex issues for a range of audiences.
16. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing expectations.
17. Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, technical environment.
18. Strong multitasking capability, balancing multiple projects and objectives.
19. Ability to motivate and influence others to achieve delivery goals.
20. Positive, resilient, enthusiastic and solutions‑focused mindset.
Desirable Criteria
21. Experience working with payment products.
22. Professional PM qualifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2, PROSCI, MoR).
23. JIRA proficiency.
24. Experience coaching or mentoring others.
