Team Leader – Doctors Location: Essex (Office-based, Monday–Friday) Salary: Up to £40,000 Commission Hours: 08:00 – 17:30, 20 days annual leave 1 extra day per year of service SKU Recruitment is supporting a leading healthcare recruitment provider in search of a Team Leader to take ownership of their Doctors desk. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing team while managing a warm client and candidate database. The Role Lead and develop a team of 4 Recruiters, with potential to expand using additional support from an offshore office Build and manage a new desk in the doctors market, utilising an existing warm database Drive billings and manage team performance, ensuring targets are met Support recruitment processes from candidate sourcing to placements Contribute to team strategy and operational planning The Ideal Candidate Experienced in recruitment, ideally with a background in healthcare or medical recruitment Proven leadership skills, able to motivate and manage a team effectively Strong communication, organisational, and negotiation skills Ambitious, proactive, and target-driven What’s on Offer Salary up to £40,000 DOE Commission: 10% on personal billings with initial threshold of £1K/week; team performance can increase overall commission Opportunity to build and grow a desk from the ground up Support from offshore team for additional resourcing Career progression opportunities into divisional management This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious recruitment professional to lead a growing doctors desk and make a real impact in a high-demand market.
