Customer Service Advisor Brickability Group Plc - Bracknell Towelrads.com are currently looking for a Full Time Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Bracknell. This is a permanent role working Monday- Friday 8.30am-5pm. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking to obtain information about the products and their orders. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Manage a busy email inbox. Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email. Schedule deliveries and collections. Resolve customer complaints and claims for faulty or damaged goods. Arrange customer returns, issue refunds, and create credit notes. Competency in literacy and numeracy skills.
