Tax Manager - Corporate Tax Compliance and Advisory
Base Location: Leeds is the main hub; we are open to regional candidates as well.

What will you be doing?
1. Being a main point of contact for a portfolio of clients on day-to-day tax matters, working with Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers on larger client accounts.
2. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and understanding their business.
3. Managing tax advisory projects by providing UK corporation tax input and overseeing the delivery of technically excellent and commercially viable advice, collaborating with other tax areas and overseas firms.
4. Keeping clients informed about emerging corporate and wider tax developments impacting their business.
5. Managing the delivery of UK corporation tax compliance services.
6. Supervising junior staff work and providing coaching for their development.
7. Assisting with client account management, ensuring compliance with quality, risk, and financial procedures.
8. Seeking and pursuing business development opportunities, actively participating in activities with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners.
What will you need to do it?
* Qualified CTA or ACA / CA or equivalent.
* Strong UK corporation tax compliance and advisory experience, including tax accounting.
* Ability to analyze problems, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate, and integrate information.
* Effective communication skills, open, honest, and clear.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* High drive, enthusiasm, and positive attitude under pressure.
* Personal responsibility and accountability for managing work and priorities.
