FT Recruitment Group are partnering with a well-established IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) who are looking for an experienced IT Sales/Account Manager to join their growing team, based at their offices in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.

As IT Account Manager, youll act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, as well as leading new business development with a driven, proactive, Hunter-style approach.
Main duties include:
* Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients
* Create and present detailed technology roadmaps and commercial proposals
* Develop strong, long-term client relationships across all levels of business
* Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
* Communicate company and technology updates clearly to clients
* Collaborate with internal technical teams and solution specialists to deliver accurate, up-to-date advice
* Identify and act on new commercial opportunities within existing accounts
* Proactively seek to enhance the customer experience and streamline internal processes
* Stay informed about emerging technologies, market trends, and new products
Suitable candidates should have the following:
* 4 years experience in customer success or IT account management, ideally within an IT MSP environment
* Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-focused way
* A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving KPIs and business objectives
* 1st Line/2nd Line technical understanding of core IT products and services, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, Antivirus and Security Solutions
