Protocol Education is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated PSHRE Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Telford. Starting in September 2025, you’ll work full-time delivering engaging PSHRE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students become responsible, emotionally literate, and well-informed individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality PSHRE lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Create a safe and respectful space to discuss sensitive topics
• Promote student wellbeing, emotional development, and resilience
• Collaborate with pastoral staff and external agencies to support learners
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to help students grow
• Contribute to enrichment activities and school-wide events

What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Strong understanding of the PSHRE curriculum and safeguarding practices
• Excellent communication skills and a nurturing approach
• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils
• Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion

• Experience teaching PSHRE, Citizenship, RE, or Health & Social Care
• Experience delivering RSE and mental health education
