Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure clients have a positive experience
* Perform a wide range of salon treatments with precision and care
* Maintain accurate and organised client records
* Ensure a safe, healthy, and clean working environment
* Provide expert advice to clients on suitable retail products
Criteria:
* NVQ L2 or L3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to communicate at all levels both written and verbal
* Excellent time management is essential
