Learning & Development Administrator (Contract) — £18–20 per hour (Inside IR35) | 35 hrs per week.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate training schedules, venues, and logistics.
* Liaise with suppliers, freelancers, and internal teams.
* Manage queries and provide excellent customer service.
* Support financial planning and budget tracking.
* Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Experience working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of training principles and learning delivery.
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel; quick to learn new systems.
* Ability to problem-solve and build strong relationships.
