As a Key Account Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting and growing customer relationships through proactive communication, coordination, and a consistent focus on service excellence.
Responsibilities:
-Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
-Develop a clear understanding of customer commercial and delivery expectations
-Proactively manage customer communications, quotations, order status, and delivery updates
-Identify account growth opportunities through product introductions, upselling, and cross-selling
-Work closely with internal teams to prepare and manage quotations and proposals
-Manage customer orders from quotation through to delivery and aftersales support
