Aboutthe Role
We are developing a new Clubhouseat Gunnersbury Park which will incorporate a social caf andlearning and activity space. The space will complement our stadiumhub adjacent to Brentfords Gtech stadium.
Thisis an exciting opportunity to develop a community caf and be partof creating a space that will provide opportunities for the localcommunity. As well as developing a diverse and engaging range ofprograms at our Community StadiumHub.

We are looking for a creativeimaginative and energetic individual who can lead a team of peopledevelop partnerships and programmes and deliver impactful eventsacross our Hub sites. Creating a new vibrant caf means that thesuccessful candidate will have appropriate experience from thecatering industry. You will also have experience manging a teamusing your own initiative and good project managementskills.
BrentfordFC Community Sports Trust
Withcommunity work spanning three decades Brentford FC Community SportsTrust has established itself as a pioneering organisation for thelocal community. It uses the power of sport to educate motivate andinspire people from all walks of life.
Working inpartnership with Brentford FC the Trust offers a portfolio ofprogrammes in education health sports participation and communityengagement. The Trust has won the Football League Community Club ofthe Year award four times and now employs more than 100 members ofstaff. The Trust is forecasting further significant expansion overthe next two years following its appointment as a key partner inthe redevelopment of Gunnersbury Park as a sports hub and its moveto new larger purposebuilt premises directly adjacent to the newBrentford FC 17500 capacity stadium near Kew Bridge in2021.

MainPurpose of Job
We are looking fora creative imaginative and energetic individual who can lead a teamof people develop partnerships and programmes and deliver impactfulevents across our Hub sites (Gunnersbury Park and Community StadiumHub) Creating a new vibrant caf means that the successful candidatewill have appropriate experience from the catering industry.
This role has been developed through fundingfrom The Premier League and PFA fund with the specific aim ofcreating positive sustainable social outcomes through runningcommunity projects in accessible inspiring environments.
This new role combines creativity withoperational responsibility as we aim to maximise the socialoutcomes from these new community spaces building a sustainablefinancial base for further development. Initially you will have theobjective of building up activity at the stadium hub whilst workingas part of a team to create the new park hub. Once the park hubknown as the Clubhouse Concept is running you will be responsiblefor its effective operation.
We will be workingwith our partners The University of West London (UWL) to createengaging events and provide exciting work and project experienceopportunities. We also will be working with the Charity ChangePlease to install a west London training academy for homelesspeople or people on the edge of homelessness creating employmentopportunities in the caf.
The new space iswithin the Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub Popes Lane W3. It is abright perfectly positioned space that includes an outdoor area. Weaim to fully utilise the space operating a vibrant Clubhousecomprising of a caf and an inspiring space for learning trainingand entertaining.
Our Hubs will provide anaccessible and inclusive community space and we expect to supportand engage with diverse service users. This will include childrenand adults at risk therefore safeguarding and keeping our sitessafe is a key responsibility for this role. These groups mayinclude:
* Children and youngpeople
* People withdisabilities
* People who need more support withtheir mental health including those who are in the process ofreintegrating into the community.
* Families andindividuals experiencing poverty homelessness and facing economichard times.

Responsibilities
Clubhouseand CommunityStadium:
* Todevelop create and implement the Clubhouse socialcaf
* Oversee and manage the growth of a socialbusiness using an innovativeapproach.
* Collaborate with the Head of BusinessServices to manage expenditure for the Clubhouse social caf andCommunity Stadium Hub.
* Plan a a diverse rangeof programming within the spaces with the aim to create socialimpact through offering employment training and mentoring coupledwith focus events.
* Build positive relationshipswith external and internal partners.
* Link withother Trust and Club hubs to maximise impact andopportunity.
* Develop complementary socialprogrammes.
* Manage the delivery of funding KPIsset out on the Premier League PFA Community
* Fund funding agreement. This will relate to development milestonesand social outcomes from targetedprojects.
