As an Omakase Sushi Chef, you will bring expert knife skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a refined culinary eye to craft sushi made to order. The ideal candidate will have experience working at an omakase counter, a background in Asian cuisine within a busy sushi section, and proficiency in all styles of sushi, including maki, nigiri, and sashimi. You should be able to switch styles with ease and confidently create stunning and luxurious sushi platters.
