Libertatem Healthcare Group are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client in Eastbourne with complex health needs. Our client loves reggae music and values consistent, person-centred care delivered by someone calm, reliable, and supportive.
Your Role
* Deliver personal care and mobility assistance
* Support with epilepsy & seizure management, including rescue medication
* Assist with bowel management and medication administration
* Promote comfort, safety, and positive engagement throughout the night

* Previous experience in complex care
* Epilepsy & seizure management
* Rescue medication administration
* Medication management
* Managing challenging behaviours
* Calm, professional, and emotionally intuitive approach
