Job Description
* Manage and oversee the financial reporting processes
* Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reports
* Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department for report generation
* Work with the senior leadership team to build a best in class reporting function
* Support the leadership team of M&A activities and assessments
* Provide guidance to junior team members
* Engage in financial forecasting and budgeting
* Identify potential areas of improvement within the financial reporting processes
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Reporting Manager should have:
* ACA professional certification from Top 10 Consultancy - Manager/Snr Manager level highly advantageous
* Minimum 3 years experience in industry
* Team Management
* Strong technical accounting skills
* Comprehensive IFRS knowledge
* Significant consolidated accounts, deferred Taxation and acquisition accounting experience
* Knowledge of financial modelling; advanced knowledge of Excel
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work well to deadlines and deliver results on time
* Self-starting with good organisational skills
* Strong business and financial analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and forecast financial results
