Operations Manager Manufacturing
Location: Oldbury, West Midlands
Salary - £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
An established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across production, quality, procurement and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations and operational teams
Align production, quality and supply chain to meet customer requirements
Oversee production planning, stock control and supplier performance
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and BRC standards
Support audits and maintain accurate operational documentation
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencyEssential Experience
Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and BRC
Background in regulated manufacturing environments
Hands-on leadership style with strong organisational skills
Desirable
Experience within food, supplement or pharmaceutical manufacturing
