Looking for a Artworker for our client, based in Swindon.
Contract role - Inside IR35 (via umbrella)
Hybrid role - 3 days onsite in Swindon
Duration - end of October
Rate - Up to £350 per day
What You'll Be Doing
* Transform creative concepts into final, print and digital ready assets for use across global markets.
* Collaborate with creatives, copywriters and stakeholders to combine design, imagery and messaging in cohesive and compelling ways.
* Apply brand guidelines and visual systems to ensure consistency across all outputs, from typography and layout to colour accuracy and placement.
* Work confidently within automated design templates to deliver assets at scale.
* Be a champion of quality control: proofreading, checking setups and peer reviewing work within the team.
* Help streamline production processes through the smart use of tools, automation and asset management systems.
* Design and craft net new templates intended for automation.
* Prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
* Contribute to process evolution and improvements within the team and wider content ecosystem.
What We're Looking For
* Artworking experience, ideally across both digital and print formats, with deep technical expertise.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Excellent communication skills, you know how to present, question and collaborate.
* A strong understanding of print production processes and the nuances of retail and digital content delivery.
* Strategic thinker who understands how creative comes to life in various formats including social, digital, in-store and beyond.
* Technically sharp, with exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading, typographic and layout skills.
* Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* A curious mindset with a willingness to explore automation tools and new technologies.
* Comfortable working with style guides, brand systems, and content platforms like asset management tools (experience with Sitecore Content Hub or similar is a plus).
* A positive, collaborative, can-do attitude — you're approachable, pragmatic, and always solution-focused.
