EMEA Immigration Manager
£75-110k
You will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing immigration casework across EMEA – including case assessment, initiation, advisory, submission, and follow-up
2. Managing client projects from end to end, with support from the Consultant
3. Liaising with third-party vendors to obtain and clarify immigration advice across EMEA jurisdictions
4. Translating vendor input into clear, business-friendly guidance for clients
5. Maintaining up-to-date and organised case files and dashboards through the case management system
6. Conducting immigration research and providing regulatory updates
7. Drafting client alerts and developing materials for client education and presentations
8. Supporting knowledge management and standardisation of processes across the team
9. Working closely with the Partner (US-based) and Global Programme Manager to drive operational effectiveness
10. Anticipating client queries and ensuring vendor engagement is targeted, efficient, and complete
11. Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues, with the aim of delegation and coverage in your absence

Key Requirements
We are looking for a strategic and experienced immigration professional with deep knowledge of coordinating global immigration matters within EMEA. You must be confident in managing both client expectations and third-party vendors, with excellent foresight and attention to detail.
Must-have experience:
12. 5+ years’ experience in EMEA or global immigration, ideally within a professional services or relocation organisation
13. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-volume casework (80–100 cases concurrently once scaled)
14. Extensive experience coordinating across multiple vendors and jurisdictions
15. Ability to mentor junior colleagues, ensuring quality and consistency in client delivery
16. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills – able to manage fast-changing client demands
17. High-level written and verbal English communication skills (client base is largely US-based)
18. Proficient with immigration case management tools (e.g. INS Zoom)
Desirable experience:
19. Previous roles at firms such as Deloitte, EY, PWC, Newland Chase
20. Familiarity with consular visa processing, embassy engagement, and business visas
21. Experience managing relationships across diverse time zones and cultures
22. Any additional language skills are beneficial but not essential
23. Exposure to client acquisition or operational set-up in a new function is a plus
