Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as an Active Fire Safety Engineer / Sales Professional is based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role includes delivering fire safety engineering solutions, conducting client site visits, supporting the installation and servicing of fire protection systems, and assisting with sales of fire safety products and services. The candidate will also provide guidance on compliance with fire safety regulations, maintain strong client relationships, and help develop tailored fire safety strategies for various business needs.
Qualifications
* System Expertise (Essential): Proven hands‑on experience with Gent and Notifier systems.
* Qualifications: Valid FIA and BAFE certifications.
* Compliance: Strong working knowledge of BAFE schemes and BS 5839‑1 regulations.
* Expertise in Fire Protection Engineering and safety solution deployment.
* Proficiency in Life Safety and Fire Safety regulations.
* Experience in Safety Engineering processes and practices.
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high‑quality customer service.
* Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
* Technical knowledge of fire protection systems and maintenance standards.
* Educational background in engineering or a related discipline would be advantageous.
* Prior experience in sales or client‑facing roles within the fire safety industry is a plus.
