7.5 tonne Driver
£14.85 per hour (including holiday pay)
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Temporary – permanent
Shrewsbury, Shropshire
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic 7.5 tonne driver to join a growing construction Shrewsbury based company. Initially on an ad hoc temporary basis with a view to becoming something more permanent for the right candidate. Working alone you will be responsible for:
1. Multi drop of goods to various different locations
2. Handball work
3. Collections of goods as and when required
4. Completing vehicle checks ensuring road transport and traffic legislation standards are met
5. Ensuring all loads are delivered on time and in a safe manner
As a competent Class 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will have;
6. UK Cat C1 licence with digital taco card and full CPC
7. No more than 3 points for minor offences
8. A minimum of 2 years experience
9. An understanding of driver hours and regulations
