As our company grows, we are expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Occupational Hygienist to join our Environment & Safety Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.
We are looking for a reliable, dedicated Occupational Hygienist to join our Environmental team. Key qualities include being driven, independent, and a strong team player. A background in safety, exposure monitoring, and industry knowledge are essential to thrive in this role.
The tasks you will undertake include (but are not limited to):
1. Attend clients' operational sites to perform scheduled monitoring for occupational exposure to dust, fumes, noise, vibration, and other hazards.
2. Prepare detailed technical occupational hygiene reports following SOCOTEC’s high standards.
3. Comply with SOCOTEC’s management systems (Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality).
4. Maintain your occupational hygiene CPD proactively.
To be successful, you should demonstrate:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills to gain client confidence and cooperation.
3. Ability to self-manage workload and deadlines.
4. Relevant BOHS / IOA qualifications.
5. A full driving license.

Our Environmental team comprises specialists in various areas, including Environmental Monitoring, Consultancy, and Occupational Hygiene, supported by specialized laboratories.
