Duties:
6. Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets

9. Build strong client relationships and develop new business opportunities
10. Contribute to achieving dealership profitability goals through effective sales management
Requirements:
11. Proven experience in automotive sales management, ideally within prestige or high-end vehicles
12. Strong leadership and team management skills
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to customer needs
14. Drive to succeed and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
15. Knowledge of current automotive market trends and sales techniques
