Your key responsibilities
Operate all pasting belts and follow quality, safety, and legal standards.
Inspect products and complete all required documentation accurately.
Set up equipment according to specifications and adjust settings as needed.
Carry out product changeovers, cleaning tasks, and equipment strip‑downs.
Communicate effectively with the Cream Floor, Key Operator, and Oven Operator.
Perform quality checks and resolve basic operational issues.
Maintain a clean working environment following "clean‑as‑you‑go" principles.
Support and train new staff and participate in required training.
Uphold company values: entrepreneurial, no‑nonsense, reliable, enthusiastic, and craftsmanship‑focused.
Your Skills & Experience
Strong communication, numeracy, and literacy skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Experience in the food manufacturing industry.
