At the end of your programme, if you have successfully completed your apprenticeship and achieved the performance targets we have set for you, you are guaranteed a permanent role with us.Supply Chain Practitioners could progress to management or specialist roles within the company. Our Supply Chain Apprentices will receive hands on training in our?end-to-end?supply chain process. You will learn how to prioritise the flow of products and solve day to day problems. You will learn how to use continuous improvement techniques to improve performance in the FMCG supply chain. You will learn about stock control and?logistics. You will work closely with other areas of the business such as Manufacturing, Development, Finance and Procurement so require?good communication?skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
