The RoleMy client, a highly regarded and well-established legal practice in Hartlepool, are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to manage a varied caseload and provide expert guidance to clients on all aspects of residential property transactions. In this role, you will advise clients by email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings, liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, the Land Registry, and other solicitors, and draft key documentation including advice notes, letters, and post-completion and registration documents. You will oversee transactions from inception to completion, ensuring a smooth and professional service throughout.The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience as a fee-earning Residential Conveyancer, with proven experience handling a full caseload from start to finish. Experience with new build transactions is essential. You will be confident using case management systems and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication are required.
