We are seeking an experienced and qualified HR Professional to operate their own HR consultancy under the Our HR People franchise.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide commercially sound, tailored HR advice to employers of all sizes across all sectors.
* Build and grow a business by networking and prioritising client needs.
* Deliver strategic HR consulting, leadership development, and organisational development services.
* Maintain high professional consulting standards and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
* Seasoned HR Specialist, HR Director or similar experience.
* CIPD qualified.
* Authorised to live and work in the UK.
* Strong commercial focus and entrepreneurial drive.
