Candidates must be willing to travel between Oxford and Maidenhead.
Role details
Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Oxford with occasional travel to Maidenhead
Hours: 40 hours per week (Must be able to work Saturdays)
Salary: £25,400 per annum
Responsibilities
* Covering the reception area, maintaining a priority for incoming calls at all times
* Take clear and concise messages
* Communicating all messages promptly and accurately
* Provide administrative support to the Manager
* Maintain stationery stocks and oversee the ordering of new supplies
* General reception duties as and when required
