Position: Senior Residential Property Conveyancer
* Location: Wokingham
* Team: Join a friendly and reputable team of 3 with a strong presence in the Thames Valley region
Key Responsibilities
* Leasehold & Freehold: Handle a mix of residential properties
* Sales & Purchases: Manage all aspects of residential property transactions
* New Builds & Plot Sales: Expertise in new build projects and plot sales is desirable but not essential
About you
* Qualifications: Solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5+ years PQE equivalent
* Experience: Proven track record in residential property conveyancing.
Skills:
* Excellent IT skills
* Strong organisational abilities
* Proficiency in using a Case Management System
