With a strong international presence, we are now seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our UK sales team and support our growth strategy.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, developing new business, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds company targets. You'll manage a small but motivated sales team while also representing Sissel UK at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a small sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
* Take ownership of the company's sales strategy and ensure delivery against business goals.
* Drive new business development through identifying, approaching, and securing new opportunities.
* Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximise repeat business.
* Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and implement improvements where needed.
* Represent Sissel UK at trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
* Collaborate with the wider management team to align sales with marketing and operations strategies.
About You
We are looking for a results-driven, confident leader with proven experience in sales management. You'll be equally comfortable driving your own sales pipeline as you are supporting a team to succeed.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in sales management or senior sales role (ideally within healthcare, wellness, or related sectors).
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Excellent business development and relationship management abilities.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel to events and client meetings when required.
