We are looking for a motivated and target driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fast paced role focused on outbound sales activity, engaging with B2B/SME customers and driving revenue growth through proactive calling and relationship building. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and playing a key role in renewals, retention, and saving cancellations. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities Drive sales through effective communication and relationship building Manage renewals and proactively retain customers, including handling cancellation saves Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Salesforce/CRM systems Ensure all activity is compliant with GDPR regulations Work to and exceed individual and team sales targets Operate effectively within a busy call centre environment Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in a telesales or outbound sales environment Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems Strong track record in inbound and outbound calling Demonstrated success in retention, renewals, and cancellation handling Experience working with B2B and/or SME customers Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Target-driven with a proactive and resilient approach What We Offer Competitive salary with a great commission structure Ongoing training and career development Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within a successful and expanding business Since 1974, the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has been the trusted voice of millions of small businesses and self-employed people across the UK, supporting them to start, run and grow their businesses.
