Investment Risk Director
Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: £106,000 – £125,000 + excellent benefits
A leading institutional investor is seeking an Investment Risk Director to strengthen its second line of defence and ensure effective risk management across a diverse portfolio. This purpose-led organisation combines financial performance with environmental and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
6. Provide independent risk assessments of equity, debt, and fund investments.
7. Present recommendations to Investment Committees and senior stakeholders.
8. Enhance risk policies, frameworks, and processes.
9. Oversee credit and equity risk modelling, monitoring, and reporting.
10. Mentor colleagues and deputise for the Head of Investment Risk.
