Health Care Assistant
We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our team at The Doctors Hastings in the Green Cross Health group. This is a permanent full‑time position, working 34–40 hours per week Monday to Friday. The role is based in a General Practice and Urgent Care Clinic.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with nurses to ensure high‑quality patient care.
* Handle clinical and non‑clinical tasks to maintain clinic efficiency.
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Adapt to changing situations and work effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications and experience:
* Qualification in primary care an advantage.
* Experience in the health‑care sector preferred.
* Consistently accurate, quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong command of verbal and written English.
* Ability to build rapport with team members.
* Physically fit, confident, friendly and approachable.
* Basic computer skills including MedTech Evolution.
