This hybrid position offers 3 days in the office and comes with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities
* Matching, coding, and processing supplier invoices in SAP
* Ensuring employee expenses are in line with company policy and processed efficiently
* Timely reconciliation of supplier and intercompany accounts
* Responding to supplier queries and ensuring payments are made within terms
* Supporting the wider finance team and senior stakeholders with ad hoc requests
Suitable Candidate
* Strong working knowledge of SAP is essential
* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous
* A methodical, accurate, and proactive approach to work
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills
* Actively studying or qualified by experience (AAT or equivalent)
