As a Digital Lead, you will lead digital disciplines on Jacobs projects and programs. You will be responsible for managing digital and technology aspects, coordinating with pursuit and delivery leadership teams through Project and Program Directors. You will interface with Jacobs and client IT organizations, reporting to the Project or Program Manager.
This role is your opportunity to:

* Develop and own project digital blueprints, service requirements, standards, and strategies.
* Mentor and guide teams of digital SMEs, fostering a culture of controlled innovation.
* Ensure compliance with digital and IT laws while pushing the boundaries of innovation.
* Participate in building client relationships and major proposals, contributing your expertise to win new business.
* Manage budgets strategically, ensuring performance and return on investment.
