The primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer service, driving new business sales, advising on healthcare options, whilst enhancing the customer experience within a professional, fast-paced retail environment. You will contribute directly to store performance by meeting KPIs and promoting customer satisfaction, while providing exceptional levels of care and representing the brand with enthusiasm.
