Job Purpose:

Provide timely, efficient administrative support to the EMCOR UK Soft Services Management Team and the wider account, while acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders.

About the role

What you'll do:
1. To assist with the administration of additional works quotes
2. To attend weekly planning meetings to review upcoming works
3. To support with the scheduling of both internal and sub-contracted works
4. To assist with the administration of overtime payments for the operational staff.
5. To assist with the administration of all material and consumable orders.
6. Data input duties as and when required.
7. Administration of the soft service training function.
8. To assist in the administration of the recruitment process.
9. Administration of purchase orders and finance enquiries.
10. To take accurate minutes of management meetings (as and when required).
11. To support in all other reasonable tasks as requested by the Soft Service Management Team
Who you'll be:
12. Advanced administrative experience in a busy corporate environment.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have an good command of the English language.
14. IT Skills, including the use of word, Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheets.
15. Highly adaptable approach to a demanding administrative function.
16. Good interpersonal and organisational skills
17. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
