We work with a diverse range of learners, from Entry 1 through to Level 2, supporting both young people and adults to achieve their language goals. Our programmes are designed to be flexible and responsive: adults typically attend two classes per week, while our full-time Study Programme for 16-19-year-olds offers 16 hours of dedicated ESOL learning alongside wider enrichment opportunities. We integrate digital learning and innovative teaching methods to engage learners and develop their confidence, communication skills, and independence. Supply staff joining our department will become part of a collaborative and welcoming team that values creativity, inclusivity, and learner success. The ideal candidate will have ESOL/ESL delivery experience and a CELTA/TEFL qualification.
