The Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team of Support Workers. If you are self-motivated and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.
As a Support Worker in our accommodation-based services in Gloucester, you will provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness. You will collaborate with partners across the county using a multi-agency approach to ensure positive outcomes.
Applicants should have a proactive attitude, be willing to go the extra mile, think creatively, and accurately record all paperwork using our internal IT system. Decision-making should focus solely on supporting individuals to achieve their goals and positive outcomes.
